Cadetship Programme
Due to shortage of Officer and Engineer, we have been introducing cadetship programme to ship owner and manager since 2008. We have agreement with most clients to engage cadet crew within our management fleet for purpose of young, well trained and disciplined seafarer to gain sea times, practical sea experience and become future officer/engineers of the trained ship and company. The three months and six months onboard training courses leading to Deck and Engine Officer Certificates (OOW) for marine academy graduates are particularly successful. Upon completion of the training year, these cadets are highly trained navigators, engineers and technicians, fully prepared to be entrusted with positions onboard.
